WHY SHOULD I GET MY GAS APPLIANCES SERVICED?
All gas appliances can produce toxic fumes (carbon monoxide) if not serviced on a regular basis, which could be harmful to you and your family. Servicing and inspecting your gas appliances by a registered 'Gas Safe' engineer can help stop this situation before it becomes a problem.
Secondly, regular servicing can prolong the life expectancy of your appliance(s) and improve efficiency in the long term. Helping to reduce potentially costly repair bills if left unchecked.
LANDLORDS REQUIREMENTS WITH GAS APPLIANCES?
All landlords renting residential properties in the UK to the public, must, by law, have all gas appliances checked within every 12 months. This is called a 'Landlords Gas Safety Inspection', and must be carried out by a registered 'Gas Safe' engineer. Failure to have this inspection carried out annually, could result in prosecution. As a landlord renting your property, you have a duty of care to safeguard your tenants.
GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES?
Our company offers a standard guarantee of 12 months on all work(s) undertaken by us, from the date of completion.
In addition to this, we can offer an extended warranty on certain boilers fitted by us (above and beyond the standard warranty) as we have accreditation with several boiler manufacturers.
QUOTATIONS?
All our quotations are completely free with no obligation (and in writing if required after initial visit - Including a breakdown of all parts required and cost, plus labour and total price for job)
Quotations however, cannot be given over the phone, nor by email or post without a visit first, as gas engineering and plumbing work is vastly different from job to job.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICES?
Payment can be completed via card (most credit and debit cards accepted). Or by bank transfer. We will also accept cash payments, but we do not accept cheques or bankers drafts.
Invoices are given on completion of work(s), and are essential for you to keep for your 12 month guarantee offered by us.
PARTS?
We only use genuine parts when need, and only use reputable wholesalers within the industry.

WHAT IS THE 'GAS SAFE REGISTER'? (PREVIOUSLY CORGI)
'Gas Safe' is a register of all engineers qualified to legally work on gas appliances. They are checked yearly by 'Gas Safe' and are issued with an identity card (which the customer is entitled to see before any work commences).
Working on any gas appliance, without being on the 'Gas Safe' register is illegal, and any person(s) found doing so are liable to prosecution.

ACCREDITATION?
We are accredited with several boiler manufacturers, including Baxi and Ideal boilers, and are also a Vaillant Advance accredited boiler installer.
Our registration with these manufacturers, allow us to offer extended warranties in some cases, and also give certain offers and deals back to the customer, should they decide to have a boiler system installed by us.
